Monster Islands Site Beta

Site Beta is where Varan and Ebirah are kept.

Varan has claimed the northern and western sectors as his territory. The giant reptile is often seen prowling around the shorelines for fish. He also has a tendency to stretch his membranes and glide along the mountains.

Ebirah has staked claim to the southern and eastern sectors. Though he's often seen in the water, Ebirah occasionally comes ashore to feed on dead whales, squid or large sharks (such as whale sharks) that wash onto the beaches. Ebirah and Varan get along most of the time, but have been prone into conflict if they both want the same source of food. However these fights usually end when one intimidates the other. In the event this doesn't occur, the two are broken apart using either a foul-smelling gas developed by the MI Science teams or hypersonic emitters.
